Description: This traditional German Christmas cake
uses a special rich dough mixed with raisins and mixed
peel soaked in rum. This dense mixture surrounds a
marzipan sausage which runs through the middle of the cake. Finally the cake is dusted with special traditional spices. A long 6 month shelf life means this delicacy can
be enjoyed for months after the Christmas season.
Available November and December.

Uses: Enjoy with tea or coffee or by itself
